Get My 6 is a comprehensive mobile application designed to streamline the process of security guard booking, much like OLA and Uber for cars. It features separate apps for security guards and VIP users, alongside a super admin panel for overall management. Through these platforms, users can manage profiles, schedule services, and carry out bookings seamlessly.

Challenge

The client needed a versatile system to handle security guard registrations, booking, and payment processing. They faced difficulties in managing service providers, ensuring user security, and facilitating efficient transactions in real-time. Additionally, monitoring and administration of multiple companies proved to be cumbersome.

Solution

We developed two distinct mobile apps: one for security guards and another for VIP users. Security guards could manage profiles, verify backgrounds, and schedule availability through their app. The VIP user app offered advanced guard search, booking, and payment functionalities. An administrative panel was also created to oversee all activities, manage companies, and monitor guards efficiently.

Outcome

The client witnessed a significant improvement in operational efficiency. Security guards have an easier time managing their schedules and profiles, while VIP users find it straightforward to book and pay for services. The super admin panel provided real-time insights and better management capabilities, leading to streamlined operations and enhanced user satisfaction.

We utilized the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) for its scalability and robustness. React Native was employed for mobile app development to deliver a native experience on both iOS and Android platforms.
